Jaime was great. He was able to get to us and diagnosed quickly. He even let our dog sleep in his truck with air conditioning while repairs were being planned.

I was hauling a vehicle over the cascade summit on hwy 58 when my fan clutch failed and my truck began to massively overheat in the area of waldo lake basically the middle of nowhere. I did not even have cell phone service(thanks tmobile) except for emergency calls. Fortunately the kind dispatcher at the Oregon State Police patched me through a towing service who then referred Jamie to me and sent him to my location. Upon arrival Jamie was able to repair a broken wire connection that restored power to the fan clutch. He then topped off my coolant and followed me up and over the summit to ensure the cooling system was working correctly. Jamie is one of the kindest most professional individuals i have met recently and provides service in a manner which is unfortunately becoming very rare in this current era. Well worth the $350 which was reimbursed by my roadside assistance thanks to jamie's accurate and professional invoicing system. Huge thank you to Jamie at Lukes Truck Repair, Gary at Journey Towing and the Oregon State Police all for kind, compassionate and professional service.

Highly recommend Jamie and Luke’s Semi Truck Repair! We broke down near Crescent and fortunately pulled off the highway right where Jamie was in the process of repairing a semi. When he finished up and noticed our dark vehicle with glowing camp lights and people standing around, he approached us to see how he could help. Jamie jumped right into checking out our Jeep Commander and quickly assessed that our problem was a fried alternator. Just as that discovery was happening and Jamie and I were discussing options, I got a call back from AAA — I had started a tow request after talking to the semi driver and thinking Jamie only handled tires. During my call with the dispatcher, Jamie was super-helpful and patient as we figured out logistics. AAA couldn’t haul all five members of my family, so Jamie graciously offered to help with transportation to a motel where the Jeep and trailer could be towed and he could repair it the next day. Ultimately, the motel was full, so we decided to forego the AAA tow and camped nearby, where Jamie got us situated for the night. He returned the next day after tracking down a new alternator in Bend, then made quick work of the repair and double-checke

When my RV trailer’s brake and signal cable split at a campground, Jamie came to my rescue with the perfect mix of expertise, enthusiasm, and genuine friendliness. Within moments of his arrival, it was clear I was in the hands of a true pro.
